About Us
We’re on a mission to help Colorado
homebuyers know their home before closing.
What we do
Complete, honest
inspections
We check every system and structure in the home. You get a clear, accurate picture of what you're buying, backed by a comprehensive digital report.
Apply local
knowledge
No one knows Colorado Springs homes like Top Choice. Our inspectors live here, so they know exactly what to look for and where to find it.
Handle every
detail
Scheduling. Coordination. We handle it all behind the scenes, so all you have to do is show up.
“Absolutely amazing and very thorough…I would 100% work with Top Choice again without a doubt.”

How we do it
Guide and educate
A good inspector helps you understand your home. We explain our findings and let you make the call. We’re here to assist whenever needed.
Consistency by design
Quality shouldn’t depend on who shows up. Top Choice inspector follow the same standardized processes, so you get a consistent experience every time.
